All videos, lessons, and downloadable content are provided as part of the Premium Piano Pack. Access is granted after purchase. Prices are listed on the Plans page and are subject to change at our discretion.

4a. Download Limits

Each video in the Premium Piano Pack can be downloaded **up to 3 times per user account**. This is to ensure fair use and prevent unauthorized redistribution. If you need additional downloads due to device change or technical issues, please contact support at support@skilledpianist.com.

4b. Use of Content

All content is for **personal, non-commercial use only**. You may not redistribute, sell, share, or publicly display our videos or lessons without explicit written permission from Skilled Pianist.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and content is accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized distribution, or misuse the platform. Additionally, Legal action may be pursued for serious breaches.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and designs are owned by Skilled Pianist. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skilled Pianist is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including data loss, unauthorized access, or inability to access content. Use the platform at your own risk.
